Code of Conduct

The members of the OTF Association recognize and adhere to the Swiss Federal Constitution, the constitutional separation of powers, and the relevant case law.

​

The OTF Association does not engage in any activities that violate Articles 274, 275, or similar provisions of the Swiss Penal Code.

​

None of the association’s members have violated Article 94 of the Military Criminal Code (MStG).

​

The president of the association works in the security sector and holds the title of Security Specialist with a Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education.
